Review:

Their craft kitchen produces some tasty morsels. Beer is always pushing the limits with their flavors. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken beer, for its name and the fact that I love Nashville hot chicken and I love beer, so what could go wrong.... There was definitely some heat to this beer from start to finish. This beer is salty upfront and carries the heat all the way through. I can scratch this one off of my bucket list.

Review:

At this brewery, you can sit inside at a table or the bar and watch a game on the TV, but we enjoy sitting outside on the deck or turf under the shade of a sail or trees to enjoy the Colorado sun. Friendly staff and food trucks make for a nice afternoon. I had the Sidewinders Bite, a hazy, hop bursting IPA brewed with orange and passion fruit to provide a slightly sour and tart finish.

If you enjoy a fruity wheat beer, try the Jack's Backpack which is a traditional wheat beer with a floral and sweet honey finish. Easy drinker for the biergarten.

We enjoyed having a beer and visiting with the beer tender for a super relaxing afternoon. Super friendly staff and good beer. We could drink the Basic Batch Pumpkin Spice Dunkel all day long, with a smooth spiced vanilla flavor that is malty enough to hit all the right taste buds. If IPAs are your style, try the Trouble Man which a dry hopped, NEIPA that's hazy, juicy and full of peach, guava and citrus happiness.

Unique qualities:

Review:

As we sat at the bar and had a beer, it was great to meet owners, Andrew and his wife Rachel, very down to earth and friendly. We did not eat, but the food smelled amazing. If you enjoy a little spice, try the Xocolatl, a Maya inspired Imperial Stout that boasts 10.3 ABV. This beer is dangerously smooth with hints of coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cacao and full of tasty goodness. But, if your tastebuds are craving sweet and tart, have the Creamsicle Barley Pop which is a nice, blended flavor that is listed as a Kettle sour but more of a mouth feel that finishes with a vanilla smoothness.
