Description: This woman owned brewery brews gluten free beer. This small brewery and taphouse located in Golden has an industrial vibe. They have a small seating area in the front of the house, a larger seating area in the back of the house and a relaxing beer garden outback.

Review:

his brewery is located across the street from the west entrance to North Table Mountain Park. Great place to have a beer after a late morning hike! I had the pumpkin spice latte, a very nice, smooth and creamy pumpkin beer. I'm definitely could drink this all day.

Description:
This brewery and taphouse with a modern industrial vibe is located in a strip mall in Golden. They have a good amount of seating inside and a patio out front. Tthis is a nice place for an afternoon beer. "The best beer you will ever drink in a 7-11 parking lot." - some dude on Yelp.

Unique qualities:
10 beers on tap, hosts food trucks

Review:
We enjoyed sitting at the bar with a beer and a burrito from the food truck after a hike. I had the Solid Gold Belgian Blonde. This Belgian Blonde is clean, crisp and refreshing. The beautiful color and aroma makes this a solid gold choice.

Description: This large brewery and tap house brews old world style beers with local ingredients. With a laid back atmosphere and lots of seating inside and out. Though this brewery is located at the end of a strip mall, it is a great location and has a 'local hangout' vibe.

Unique qualities:
Two patios, Events (trivia, live music, run club), Food trucks

Review:
We loved sitting on the patio overlooking the beautiful mountains having a beer a socializing with friends. We visited with the owner who is passionate about his brewing. Great place!

Description: This co-woman owned brewery is located less than 5 minutes from Belmar and Downtown Lakewood. This is a small brewhouse with seating at the bar and a handful of tables and has a relaxed atmosphere.


Unique qualities:
Live music, Events (bingo, yoga, game night), food trucks


Review:
We enjoyed sitting at the bar and visiting with the beer tender and owner while listening to live music in this small brewhouse. The beer is tasty and the staff is super friendly.

The first locally brewed keg of beer was tapped in Denver in 1859. Frederick Salomon & John Good opened the first Denver brewery in December, 1859 called Rocky Mountain Brewery which was located in Auraria at 10th and St. Louis (Larimer) Streets, where Auraria Campus now sits - which eventually became Tivoli Brewery. In 1873, Adolph Coors and Jacob Schueler immigrated from Germany to the United States and opened Golden Brewery, which was renamed Coors in 1880.
